Our first day there, Sunday, we enjoyed what has become an annual "Cousins BBQ" with the Meisner family. Much to my surprise, I (Kendra) had my birthday celebrated traditional Meisner style, with a three-tiered birthday cake Mom made! The bottom layer was "delicious cake" (a yellow/white cake), the next was chocolate & the top was lemon. What a treat!!
Joshua napped during the BBQ and joined us all for some great playtime outdoors. The older cousins were really gracious to him and it seemed like everyone had a ball :-)
